Mid Holidays will not be responsible for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect traveler information.

Mid Holidays reserves the right to modify travel itineraries due to weather, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
If changes are required, we will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.

5. Liability

Mid Holidays acts as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, etc.).
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, loss of personal belongings, or other events outside our control.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

6. Travel Insurance

We recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as medical emergencies, cancellations, or lost luggage.

7. Force Majeure

Mid Holidays is not responsible for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, or government restrictions.
