• Customers are responsible for ensuring all travel documents are in order (e.g., ID proof, permits).
• MidHolidays.com is not liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from third-party services (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport).

7. Conduct

We expect our customers to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, staff, and locals. We reserve the right to terminate services without a refund in case of abusive or illegal behavior.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by MidHolidays.com and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the services in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
